What do i need to know about this music?

i am 13 and i want to start making songs that are electronic sounding for example, party rock anthem - LMFAO, give me everything - pit-bull/neyo, i think its a type of DJ'ing but im not sure...i would like to know what i need to start out with and lessons, that kind of stuff i really hope you guys can help! thanks!
