Is this a good workout or do i need to add more and different types of lifts to it?
Im not sure what the excersise is called, but i just hold 20 pound weights and lift them to my shouders while theyre horizontal. I do that 60 times in total, splitting it up into 20. 15, 15, 10 to break it up and make it easier. Then I do 60 chest flies with ten pound weights, splitting it up into thre repetitions of twenty. After, I do ten more 20 pound lifts. I really need something to work my whole chest? Please suggest excersises that i dont need a bench or any equipment beside free weights for and how many i should do in each. Thank you.
