I'm scared of my guy friend ???? HELP ME!!!!! X'(?

(I'm 13 and he is 13 btw) he is really sweet and nice but sometimes he scares me he says things like he says he hears demons and stuff like "i am moving to Mexico next year and you must do the some otherwise you will burn" and crazy stuff like that he promises me that he will never hurt anyone or himself or me but he scares me alot sometimes. I really care for him and I don't know how to help him I know he is crazy (my dad is bi polar and scitsophrinic ive seen my dad insane I know when someone is insane trust me) I don't know how to help and sometimes I don't even wanna be his friend but he is so afraid of losing me I'm afraid he will hurt himself or something if I don't stay his friend.(I admit I hav feelings for him and he knows that) does anyone know any hotlines or orginizAtions that can help my friend??? Pleez no stupid answers I'm really scared D'X :((((( I KNow one day he will blow!!!! All tis $hit happenin in his life!!!! And when he blows I know it's gonna be bad pleez HELP!!!
