Teenage MOURNING DOVE has BROKEN WING- can i bind myself? how please?

It is healthy- found few days ago- outdoor cat did this but i see no wounds- just internal wing fracture- it flops about two times a day, i think due to balance- can not get to vet- i have in a pet carrier- i need to try to help it and pretty certain only wing needs to be stabilized. can anyone help this little bird and myself ,please?
