On and off dull ache in the lest/middle of my chest???

For a few weeks I have had on and off dull aching in the lest/middle of my chest. I am 24, and otherwise a healthy male. It is usually not bad at all, mostly I don't notice it, but it keeps coming back, and I can't pinpoint what is causing it. Does anyone know what this might be???
