Yes, she's trying to get around the restriction and talk to you. She sounds extremely unbalanced and possibly obsessed. Make sure you never answer that phone again and have others cover for you, because she is pretty much a stalker. Avoid her at all costs and be extremely careful at work. I have a feeling this is not the first time she's done this.
