If i only drank water and besides main meals just ate like those 100 calorie snacks, whats the average..?
I don't want to sound like an *** or anything but you're asking for a lot without being willing to give in to what your goal is. If you really want to drop weight you're going to need to do somethings other than starve yourself. You should eat healthy, forget the 100 calorie packs, they're alright but you'd be better off with fruits and veggies. You can lose weight not working out, I actually just started a diet but do to work have not had the chance to work out and have lost a few pounds but I know if I start working out I can lose up to 7lbs a week, atleast for the first 2-3 weeks. But I'm a bigger guy... I'm 5'8 248 right now. Exercising will help out big time. Even if you just take a 30 minute walk it will help, or jog for 30 minutes. You need to give a little to get a little. You don't sound like you want to try, you just want it to happen.
